Administrative Service for an Association of Christian Churches. We’re Stronger Together.
ABOUT Church Admin
Church Admin is the administrative arm of an association of Christian churches that share business services — from finances to HR to legal — so your congregation saves money, stays compliant, and stays focused on ministry. Join the fellowship. Pay your dues. Get all the services.
“Brothers, choose seven men from among you who are known to be full of the Spirit and wisdom. We will turn this responsibility (administration) over to them and will give our attention to prayer and the ministry of the word.”
Acts 6:3-4
Every congregation is different. We don’t hand you a menu and walk away. We meet with your leadership, learn your challenges, and build a support plan around your actual needs.
On staff, we have a CPA, a licensed attorney, HR professionals, a licensed insurance agent, IT developers, administrators, accountants, a payroll manager, an employee benefits manager, a marketer, a financial and retirement investor, and more. They’re not contractors—they’re your team.
Our collective strength as an association means lower bank fees, insurance discounts, and employee benefit savings.
Extended weekday and weekend support means we’re available when you need us, not just 9-to-5 Monday through Friday.
Most churches are run by pastors, elders, and volunteers who wear too many hats. They’re managing payroll between sermon prep. They’re navigating employment law between hospital visits. They’re trying to find affordable insurance when they should be shepherding their flock.
Church Admin was built on a simple conviction: what if churches partnered together and shared the business burden?
We are a one-of-a-kind association of Christian churches that pools resources to access the same caliber of professional services that large organizations enjoy — but at a fraction of the cost. When you join our fellowship and pay your membership dues, you don’t get a vendor. You get a partner — a team that knows your congregation by name, understands your mission, and works alongside you for the long haul.
This is what the early church modeled. This is what we practice.
